Moisture:

85% ~50%  

The mesh belt dryer can dry the materials into 5%~10% moisture

Size:

The materials size are not strict requirements,but the slices shape,pellet shape are easily drying 

Heat Source

The heat source:Coal,Gas,Oil,Firewood are application to use as heating source

Work Principle

Belt dryer is continuous drying equipments, the materials are spread on the conveyor belt by suitable feeder, then pass through one or several channels, each channel is equipped with heaing and circulation system and moisture exhaust system. When the conveyor goes forward, the hot air passes though the materials from top to bottom or from bottom to top to dry the materials evenly.

6. Heating source can be at your choice: electricity, gas, fuel oil, steam;

7. Belt dryer is with 12-60mesh stainless steel mesh belt, the conveyor speed can be adjusted freely as per the material temperature.
